It’s a good day to have a good day

It’s mostly sunny today, very warm (27ºC), and a tad on the humid side – but it feels good!

I headed out this cheery morning to have coffee with a friend – that then expanded to two friends and more. Tales were told, laughter ensued.

As one becomes a wish, another grows in its place.

After that, I headed off for a totally relaxing massage with #Marley Othberg. It was badly needed and felt wonderful.

While we were at coffee, my friend Mary gave me a sweet bouquet of lilacs that now reside in a crystal vase on the table on the deck. They’re so pretty and speak to warm spring days and lazy summer ones to follow.

That created a desire for more flowers so I headed off to find a couple of pretty hanging baskets with begonias and other plants, and some herbs, cherry tomatoes, and more flowers to put in our planters on the deck. The season has begun!

Time to grab a book, a cup of tea, and ‘retire’ to the deck to soak in the ambience!
