Early this morning I took a bike ride around town. Things were getting set up for a variety of activities – everywhere. There was an Appaloosa horse show at the Princess Louise Park Show Centre, 2 pickleball courts were in use, as was a basketball court, a tennis court and two ball fields. In the main field adjacent to the Show Centre there was an dog agility competition.
I pedaled home and got my camera to try and capture a bit of the action just for fun.

The speed that these dogs run at when tackling the course’s obstacles is phenomenal – and not easy to capture clearly!
Then, I took a jaunt up to the Trail where David’s and Samantha’s memorial trees were planted. Both trees survived the winter well and now are laden with berries – living up to their name “Serviceberry” tree.

The wind was blowing offering relief from the humidity and heat!
Summer in Canada is short – get out and enjoy it!
