I went in to Saint John yesterday and stopped at Rockwood Park for a few minutes to take some photos. The signs are clear that summer is winding down. The geese are gathering, feeding in preparation for their long jaunt south.
Several people were enjoying the lovely day by fishing in the lake. Every moment of warmth and sunshine is treasured at this time of year.
If you see a flock of geese, don’t approach to closely. They WILL chase you off.
Enjoy the last few weeks of summer as the days get shorter and the temperatures begin to cool off.
