I grabbed my bike and headed out for a lovely ride early this morning. Throughout the Sussex Nature Trail the scents were powerful – phlox, musky sweetness from the undergrowth and fresh-cut grass. The birds were singing and along Trout Creek the sound of the water babbling over the rocks was so relaxing.
It’s a wonderful way to start the day!
