It’s been eons since I spent any time at a horse show at the Princess Louise Park Show Centre. Yesterday was a perfect day for it and I discovered that there was a barrel racing/pole bending show happening so I headed over to grab a few shots. It felt good to get back in the groove a little bit!
It was great to see a group of people having fun and observing safety protocols – masks being worn, registration being enforced for contact tracing, etc.
Running in barrel racing is a solo sport so masks weren’t required while competing. Nevertheless, most did wear their masks throughout. Sport can be done safely.
Even the little ones were focussed and concentrating!
All in all, it was a beautiful sunny Saturday in Sussex.
