More autumn splendour

Today is a glorious autumn day. It’s neither too warm nor too cold, a light breeze and sunshine. What more could you want?

The hills surrounding farms on the Picadilly Road are awash with colour, even after our recent rain storm.

Someone was curious about who this person was standing on the side of the road and what that ‘thing’ in her hand was. Gotta love it when the livestock pose for you.

This amazing weather won’t last much longer, so I absolutely HAD to get out and explore for a while this morning. The depth and variety of colours on the trees were spectacular!

Everywhere I looked, on both sides of the road, there were vistas begging to be captured!

A road-side maple tree made a terrific frame for the colourful hills in the distance.

At the golf course people were taking advantage of the great weather to get in another round.

Yesterday I stopped by my friend, Mary’s, house. Her yard was carpeted in a riot of colour.

In case you haven’t guessed, this is, without doubt, my favourite time of year! Happy Autumn Days!
