Today’s missive will be short. I drove to a yoga class this morning over ice-slick country roads – and back through thawing, squishy, muddy, rutted ones. But, it was worth every white knuckle moment. I always feel refreshed and relaxed after a session at the #YogaBarn with #DaralynLandry. Plus, I get to spend some time with wonderful ladies ranging in age from the very young to the not-so-young like me. Despite the age gaps, there’s always something to talk about after class.
The Yoga Barn is located well out in the country. It’s a beautiful drive out there (normally) although, having lived a chunk of my life on a dirt road on the Kingston Peninsula, I doubt that the drive will be as enjoyable in spring when the road turns to a swamp as the freezing comes out of the ground. We’ll have to see how that goes!
